Honestly I couldn't have done it better myself, perhaps not as well thank 
you. FYI folks I'm not back on a regular basis as of yet, just sliding in 
here for a moment is all. Still way too much going on around here.

Bob and Rick are doing a great job while I'm on leave so to speak. Just 
wanted to extend my compliments on a well written post.
