You hit Control Y, then C. If you want to start an e-mail, you go down to bcc: then hit Shift Tab until you get to the Contacts. You have to arrow through them and enter on each. I like to do multiples in bcc, but just one in the To field. Then when you get the names or name in there, you tab and tab and tab, until it finally says OK, then you tab to Subject - oh where oh where did Outlook Express go?
