It only says this when I do a windows update and restart the computer. I am using windows 8.1 and jaws 15 thanks in advance

I pressed the windows key plus the letter b and then pressed the space
bar on notification chevron button and then arrowed through and one of
the buttons said my location has been recently accessed what does this mean?
