I've got word 2010 but, i used to do this with word 2003 and it works. Alt+F for find and type in the word, teachers. Hit enter, then escape. You should be on the word you were looking for. When you want to go to the next result, hit alt+control+y. that should take you to the next one. You can keep doing that. When you run out of the word teachers, word will say the word was not found.
