This is how I remove formatting from a document. 1, select what you want to clean up 2, press ctrl, shift, S 3, press f6, and press enter on clear 4, press f6 again 5, press ctrl, spacebar 6, up arrow to close the dialog box. Patti I heard that many word shortcut keys have remained the same for each version of word!is there a shortcut key to remove any formatting in a word document this would be bold, itallic, etc.
