How do you Change TheDefaultSettings IN JAWS16 so it will Read 
BothCharacters&Words?

I already know how to do this using the Insert(JAWS) Key Plus (+) 
Number2  OnTheQuerty KeyBoard, but I'm LookingFor TheOtherWay to 
MakeIt Permanent
