[JAWS-Users] issues with my forms mode

when I am arrowing up and down and my forms mode does not turn on I just 
arrow up to the forms field that I want and press enter on the edit box 
and the forms   mode turns on.

Hi,
For  some reason  when I'm arrowing up and down it's not putting me in
forms mode but if I tab it is.  I know there is a way to fix this, but
what is it?
