I have only been hearing the "Setting keyboard to U.S." message for the past week on only my Work laptop. It is random and has happened at various times when using Outlook 2010. I do not think that I heard it when using the Outlook Control+y, and I use that command all day long. When I do CTRL y for the folder list in outlook 2013 in this case, it says setting keyboard to US. It only says that there and I haven't noticed it anywhere, what prey tell yall think is happening and what is the fix? Fwiw, I'm using jfw 16 45o.
