Hey Londa, there's only one problem with your recommendation.
It is cool to be able to go down the list of mailboxes if you use the ctrl y combo. But if you do it that way, you can not tell if your mail that is in the box is read or unread.
So, what next? SMILES.
But I do appreciate the come back for at least a option.

Hi Ron,
I don't know how to fix this, but I do know how to avoid it. Instead of
tabbing to the tree to change folders, press control + Y. That will give you
a list of all your folders. You can use first letter navigation in there
too. When you find the folder you want, just hit enter.

Hi again from Ron Kolesar.
Not sure if this is a jaws 16 issue or a windows 10 issue.
But I'm using windows live mail I think version eleven.
When I down arrow through all of my mailboxes, it automatically goes into
the mailbox.
So, I need to then back tab out of the mailbox before I can down arrow to
the next mailbox.
How can I stop this?
If, I have unread mail in a mailbox, I'd like to manually tab into the
mailbox instead of having the computer automatically tab into the mailbox.
any advice will be deeply appreciated.
