Hi

It sounds like your navigation pane is set to off. To turn it back on
again, press alt+v for the view ribbon. Navigate to the Layout group in
this ribbon and the first item in the Navigation group is the Navigation
Pane dropdown button. Press space to open the dropdown. The first item
says normal, which I assume is not checked. So When your positioned on
normal, press enter to check it. Then you should be able to tab to the
folders tree view.

Hi friends,

Something strange seems to have happened with my Microsoft Outlook and it is
not behaving as I would expect.
When you are in the inbox, you cannot tab to the folder view where I would
like to delete something, it won't actually tab to the tree view.
I Have to ctrl+y to the folder list but it won't let me delete anything from
there, does anyone know what could be happening?
It happens on more than one machine as well.
