If you have one upgrade remaining, that's the sma. You have to use it for 17. If you try and use it for 18, you won't be authorized. It will know that you've tried to skip, and it won't let you. I would encourage you to call FS to verify what I'm saying to you. I just hate to see you waste a perfectly good upgrade thinking that you can use it later when you can't.
