Hi Neil, Try doing the following; 1. For Outlook Express, while in your Inbox list of folders press the backspace key 1 time. 2. Arrow down the list of folders and when you have the folder you want to delete highlighted, press the delete key. 3. When Jaws asks you if you are sure you want to delete this folder / file, press the spacebar on yes. That should do it. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
