Howdy All,
When using Chrome & Jaws 17 if you press the, Alt key, this will open a menu list of options / settings, for lack of a better term. When you arrow down this list pressing enter or right arrowing into another list of options will usually work but, with Jaws 17 pressing enter on the, Settings option, doesn't work like it does with Jaws 16 If you want to access the, Settings option, arrow up / down to it, & turn the virtual cursor off with the, Insert / Jaws Key + Z, keystroke, & press enter You will now be able to tab through the settings options. If you are on the, Settings option, you can also press enter on it, then immediately turn the virtual cursor off , which will also allow you to tab through the settings options. HTH Take care.
