Troy, Okay, I'm running windows 7 Pro, Jaws 16 / 17 latest, & Vipre 2014, & this is how I access the Email Tab. 1. I press enter on Vipre from the System Tray. 2. I press enter on, Open Vipre. 3. I tab 1 time to, Settings button, & press the spacebar to open. 4. I then, control + tab, to the Email Protection tab, & tab through the options checking / unchecking what I do / do not want. I then Apply, Okay, & Alt + F4 to close.
As I stated earlier, I'm running Vipre 2014 so, if you're running a newer version of Vipre I don't know how your verbiage in a newer version compares to my older version. Take care.
