Dave, Thanks for the suggestion. I did a restart after installing JAWS but after encountering this I restarted again and everything is back to normal. Must have just been a hiccup. Thanks again, Kurt

You might want to compare between your previous version of JAWS and JAWS 17 to figure out what's different. Is there any way of getting these back or am I just going to have to find them all out again? Why would upgrading mess with this stuff, Outlook is not a JAWS product.
