Hi Mitch, I tried nee converter and it was not very accessible and free for one day. So, I went back to Mr Google and found "Free M4a to MP3" by Maniac Tools. Very easy to download and install. I had 2 M4a files in the first folder so I highlited them both and it converted them very quickly in the same operation. My Windows Media Player simply spits out these M4a files and opens iTunes and begins playing a Christmas Carrol off my list. Thanks for the tip. George PS-The converted MP3 files plays very clear.
