after creating a new document , hit F12
the first thing jaws announces is to name your file, name it then press tab,
next choose how you want to save such as word doc, txt, etc
press tab again make sure jaws says hide folders tab until you get to file
explorer tab again and you'll beable to select exactly where you want to
save using the up and down arrows.
