I have never heard of such things. I will probably have to contact my main guy who administers the domain package that my domain is a sub part of.

If this hasn't been done already, I would suggest setting up SPF, DKIM and
DMARC policy for the domain, and configuring the mailing list server not to
break the DKIM signatures.

Various large mail providers are now checking SPF and DKIM, and respecting
DMARC policies published in the DNS.

I spent several days learning about this and configuring it for my own domain recently. An experienced person could set it up much more quickly than I did -
probably a few hours of work, depending on the software involved.

Road runner is bouncing a lot of list members at this time. It has happened
before that an ISP after receiving such a large amount of email like this
list generates falsely labels this domain as a source of Spam. I suggest
those of you on road runner contact them to inform them that this is a
honest domain and not a source of junk mail. This kind of thing has happened
with com cast, charter and others in the past.

I received two warning notices about bounces. What does "bounces" mean? What
causes them? What am I doing wrong?

Here’s hoping this letter makes it to the list.
I was unsubscribed because of bounced letters.
So I just resubscribed and hope this one doesn’t bounce.

You don't have to be crazy to run a list like this, but it does help.
