Well, what I did was add the web page for purchasing Rumola credits to my IE favorites list before I actually purchased credits in case I had trouble with the purchase and needed to revisit this page. It turns out that now that my account is active, this page shows my remaining credits and their expiration date. You can also log in to your account from the main Rumola page to obtain this information. If you never received an email with your log in User-Id and Password, try clicking on the link on the main Rumola page labeled "lost password?", and you should receive an email with your User-ID and new password assuming that your account has been activated:

Gerald,

Interesting. then somehow I'm paying for captcha solutions, but have no idea
how Rumola is collecting. How do I find out how many I have remaining?

The bookmarklet version of Rumola does not have a demo version. Once you
start using it, one credit will be deducted from your account each time you
solve an image captcha.

I tried using the test page and it appeared to work for me. I just don't
know yet if I'm in a demo mode or now using my subscription.

Hi All,

If you have put the Rumola link into the Favorites Bar of IE, & you
haven't
purchased any credits yet, when you press enter on the Rumola link on the
Favorites Bar you will get a message stating you don't have any credits &
to
please buy some. Well, when you press the spacebar on the Okay button you
need to have the, Turn on Pop-up Blocker, option unchecked in the Privacy
tab of IE / Tools / Options or the Rumola webpage won't come up for you to
buy credits. It took me awhile to get this figured out, so I thought I
would share & save someone some aggravation!
Take care.

Just changing the subject line, since I forgot on the original message.

Before we get started with this discussion, anyone who wants to complain
because this service has a cost attached to it,
keep those comments off-list!
Complaining about how much things cost blind people has nothing to do with
the use of Jaws, and is certainly not constructive!
Now, on with the info as I have it:
From what I understand, there is one called Rumola, and it is supposed to
work with IE , Firefox and Google.
You can find out more at:

http://skipinput.com/

I believe that there are extensions for Firefox and Chrome, but not for
IE,
although
someone has discovered a way for it to work with IE.
It is a pay-for service,
50 credits = $0.99
150 credits = $1.95
Credits are valid for one year from time of purchase.

My experience with the website, and getting the service to work using
Jaws
was a good one.
