Folks who use GMail have to add that into their respective account settings or for some reason they won't receive any messages they might post to a mailing list. I have never found the reason for that, but there you go.

Hi,
, I read the tread and I don't understand the purpose of putting 'recent'
before my address?
What's it going to do for me?

Thanks,
Jorge

Hi Ann,

It's the word recent, then the colon.

So it should look like this:

recent:your-e-m...@gmail.com

Hope this helps.

Scorpio

Hi all,

In outlook in account you can put a verb followed by a colon then your email
address to get email messages on lists that you are on.

Does anyone remember this verb? Cannot remember and on Windows10 and Office
13.

Unsure how to change setting.

You don't have to be crazy to run a list like this, but it does help.
