For the laptop computer I purchased a blue tooth adaptor and a set of blue tooth ear buds. I first thought it was a problem with the laptop running my last meeting. I would only hear parts of each line spoken. I just got it set up again getting ready for next weeks meeting. This time trying to read a web page and an email with the same results. I turned off the ear buds and the laptop speakers read everything. It is not a distance issue I am about 3 feet away from the laptop. I just downloaded a file and the laptop speakers tell me the percentage like 10% 12% turning the ear buds on it only reads percent. Any thoughts? This is using jaws 17 win 10
