John, Research it is where you can look up different items in the categories available on their list. To use it, press your JAWS command key followed quickly with the space bar and you should hear a little click, after the click press the letter r for research it. To get your weather, type in your zip code then press the tab key and then there is a list of the categories available to you, now press the letter w for weather and it will bring up your local weather. When you do the JAWS space bar this puts you into what is called the layered keystrokes. After you bring up the research it and press tab you can arrow up and down to see what all is available to you. Have fun playing with this. Kurt
