Just open it, and it should install from there. It's been a little while, but I believe the prompts are rather self explanatory.

You could post the explanation, and I'm sure someone would have a good answer. I can think of lots of reasons why you could have difficulty, beginning with the "save" process to locating the file in the download folder to knowing if it's an executable file. I don't want to speculate because this post would get very long. FYI, it's my understanding that people prefer to save online files rather than run them for two reasons. Andy gave you one-the ability to use it again. The other is that people sometimes encounter problems when running from an online site. My own practice various according to the website and my plans. I will run an Acrobat Reader update from the website because it will be easy to find again and installation always goes smoothly. However, I save current JAWS releases because I'll need the current one if I ever have to do a repair.
