I had this problem when I first installed Jaws 17 and WLM 16. Just moving things around I discovered pressing the arrow key, tried both left and right cured the problem, don't remember whether it was the left or right arrow that did the trick. Tom

Hello,
It does not work at all. Whenever I am in the list of messages it will
not tell me if a message is unread. How can I make sure that the unread
colum is int the list of colums to display?

Hi Greg,
In WLM, While in the list of emails in any box, such as inbox, junk email and so on. You have to press the up and down arrows keys to get Jaws to read, read or unread.

Hello everyone,
I am using JAWS17 on a Windows 10 laptop. I am trying to use Windows
Live Mail 2012 and I am having some issues. The main one is how do I get
JAWS to tell me if a message is unread or not as well if the messages
are collapsed or expanded in a group? I listened to a podcast where
someone was demonstrating Windows Live Mail 2012 and it was telling them
whether the message was unread or not.
