Yo Dog, When you put IE into full screen mode, the menues are no longer accessible from what I've read, & been told. Whether this applies in your situation, or not, I don't know, but supposedly the, F11 key, is the keystroke to toggle Full Screen mode on / off in IE11. What the hell, you don't need Full Screen mode to watch the Flintstones anyways! LOL, hahaha hahaha hahaha, LOL Take care. Mike Remember folks, it's tax time! When I was watching a video the other night, the procedure below didn't work, neither did the windows key up arrow.
