Using Windows 7, JAWS 15, latest update of VIPRE for lifetime subscribers and Outlook 2010. When using Outlook it and JAWS 15 crashed. When I entered Outlook again it stated it had a problem with the VIPRE Outlook ad-on, and that if I had more than one crash I should update the ad-on or disable it. I disabled the ad-on. Any suggestions or advice?
