Hi Ed,
Yes, just to let you know I have three accounts right now in outlook 2016.
I have successfully made thre different signatures.
Like I said, I can use the ribbons to insert any one of the three signatures
on any email.
I kind of like it this way.
But if there is a way to tell outlook to always put a certain signature on
to all emails for a certain account, I would like to know how to do it that
way as well.
I have downloaded some office 365 books from bookshare, with step by step
instructions for using outlook, word, and other office 2016 programs.
I have not had a chance to read them yet.

A Ballast for My Soul
Life is like a stormy sea, That tosses to and fro,
But God's Word will ever be, A ballast for my soul.
By its truth I'll be held fast, Till I reach heaven's shore
Where I will be home at last, And sail life's sea no more!

Hi Jim,
You should be able to put a signature in Outlook that will be at the end of
every email without having to do what you stated in your email. I will check
and see if I have another set of instruction to add a signature to all
outgoing messages.

Hi Ed,
OK, I have made two different signatures in outlook 2016.
So after composing an email, I use the ALT key to open the ribbons, go to
the signature to add, press enter.
I need to do it this way for all the signatures in outlook, is this right?
Otherward, outlook is not like WLM, putting a signature on all outgoing
emails.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Jim,
This is what I have in my list of document for putting a signature in
Outlook 2010. I don't know how it is to do compared to Outlook 2016.

Creating a signature in Outlook 2010

1. Alt+f=file menu.
2. T=options.
3. Down-Arrow once to mail.
4. Tab several times until you get to the word signature.
5. Press you're spacebar.
6. Tab a few times.
7. "you will hear "signature to edit".
8 Arrow up/ down until you find the email address that you want to attach
to your signature.
9 Tab twice, you will hear, "New signature".
10. Press enter.
11. Type a name for your signature. Example; the account/email address, 12.
Press tab and spacebar/enter on the okay button.
13. Now you are placed on the signature page. As you tab/navigate read
your choices for font.
14 When you arrive within the edit box here you can type in your signature,
then tab and press the okay button.
15. You're now given a screen of various choices. Tab through to decide
whether you wish to check or uncheck any of these boxes. Once you tab to
the okay button and press enter, you are placed back into the inbox and have
created you're signature.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2016

Good evening Jaws users list.

I am trying out a free subscription to Office 365.

I have never used the Outlook 2016 email client.

Only by a Jaws tandem have I used outlook 2010 at all.

Are there certain view settings to do for best use of Jaws 17?

Any help with this question would be appreciated.

Also, does anyone have steps for doing a signature in outlook 2016?

Thanks.

Jim
