Hi Ed, Yes, just to let you know I have three accounts right now in outlook 2016. I have successfully made thre different signatures. Like I said, I can use the ribbons to insert any one of the three signatures on any email. I kind of like it this way. But if there is a way to tell outlook to always put a certain signature on to all emails for a certain account, I would like to know how to do it that way as well. I have downloaded some office 365 books from bookshare, with step by step instructions for using outlook, word, and other office 2016 programs. I have not had a chance to read them yet.
