On the Windows 10 system here, under "This PC" is an entry entitled "Windows (C:)".
If I run PowerShell, the default directory I get is c:\users\username (where "username" is the name of the account under which I've logged in). However, there are no drives "a" or "b", as there used to be under DOS for floppy disks.
