sorry for 2 dumb questions, but if you press insert+q, does it say that default scripts are loaded?

I unpacked the zip file and placed the contents in folder: C:\Users\My User Name\AppData\Roaming\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\17.0\Settings\enu I then ran Goldwave and the scripts do not work.
