Just a guess, try the shift applications trick you found a couple of years

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Adding Start Menu To SendTo
Hi All,
Running Windows 7 Pro & Jaws16. I've added the Start Menu shortcut to my
SendTo folder in my User Name / Mike folder, but it doesn't show up in my
context menu in the SendTo submenu. How can I get the Start Menu to show as
an option in the context menu / SendTo submenu? Thanks much.
Take care.
Mike
