The latest build of jaws 16 is the latest version that will work with windows 10. Yes jaws 17 will work with windows 10. I used NVDA after I removed jaws to get me through everything. The tool of which you spoke of I did not use, because I don't have much on my machine so it was fair game in knowing what would be compatible. I'm sure someone will email the tool or at best the link you will need but I answered a couple of questions you had.
