Hello, Can anyone recommend a simple tool I can use to change the date & time stamps (Modified & Created) of a windows file that works well with JAWS 17 on a Windows 7 Pro PC? FYI: if it matters the file attributes I am trying to change is on a MP4 video file. Thank you, Bill
