Hi Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, the results were the same when I attempted to make Internet Explorer the default browser using the control panel as when I had used the Default Programs app. I also tried changing the default browser back to Edge, which allowed me to open that browser with no dialog when I opened a link in an email. Then I used the Control Panel to again make IE the default browser. But again every time I open a link in at email I first get the dialog that says;
How do you want to open this web site? When I press tab in this dialog, I Hear; use the default browser list box Internet Explorer When I press tab again I hear; Always use this app to open www.whatever check box not checked. So I press space to check this and then tab to the OK button and press enter. But nothing changes. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Maria Campbell Sent: Monday, September 19, 2016 05:26 To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] In Windows 10, how can I truly make Internet Explorer the default web browser?
