Tom, while that's true, it may also be true that the blind person going over it doesn't know what the symbols mean, and was therefore, at a loss to explain them.

What matters is that you got the job done, and I'm glad of that.

yes, that's true, but when a blind person goes over the page, and notices
that these signs aren't announced, it's called common sense

Unfortunately, when Googling something for ourselves or for others, the
results are just what we need at the time, but they need a bit of tweaking
for the blind populace among us.

I'm glad I could help.

Hi Tom,

Unfortunately, the message is written from a sighted person's perspective,
but essentially, the plus stands for Add, and the At symbol is for e-mail.

So, in the steps, the first step is to select the Accounts ribbon, followed
by Add, which should be a split button, followed by the E-mail button, and
this will bring you to the create a new e-mail account dialog box.

Some people don't know to expand all ribbons, so you may just land on the
e-mail button straight away, in which case, you simply enter on it.

Just remember to press the spacebar on the checkbox to manually configure
your e-mail settings, as opposed to letting the program do it for you.

Hope this helps.

Scorpio
