Hi,

I do not yet have Outlook 2016, but here are some things you can try.

When in your list of messages in your in box, navigate to the invite you
want to Accept, Decline or mark Tentative, press your applications key and
see if these 3 features exist in that menu.

You can also try the above when you have the invite open.

When the invite is open, explore the ribbon and the various submenus to see
if these 3 actions are available somewhere.

When you find out what works, can you post it on the list?  In the next
couple of months my employer is moving to OfficePro2016 and this will be
something I will need to do on a daily basis.
