Hello; try the following; The example I will give is for word. 1, start menu,button equals search edit, type in, word, You will hear, Microsoft word desktop app, 2, press the applications key up arrow until you hear; Open file location, 3, press applications key, Up arrow enter on, Send-to sub-menu, Now arrow and enter on desktop create shortcut.
