I Know you can list links, can you list tabs as well in a web application? Am I correct in saying that in a web application for standard users, tabs are normally in a list across the screen and JAWS actually reformatts the page to make these more like a document reading line by line? Does IOS and Apple do the same sort of thing in a web browser?
