Hi Fred, I am using Outlook 2010 and W10. When you get to an email you want to move press the application key and up arrow to move. Then right arrow once. Then you should hear the first folder. If this is not the folder you want to move it to arrow down until you hear the folder you want to move it to. Then when you hear that folder press the enter key. Mr. Ed
