Hi Fred, I assumed you went to the Jaws 18 icon on the desktop and pressed the application key and went to properties. Then you tab to short cut and press the letter J. Then do the insert + tab key to hear that the shortcut key is ctrl + alt+ J. Then tab to ok. Then I am not sure on this but you might have to reboot your pc for this change to take place. I guess you can try it first then if it does not work reboot your pc. Mr. Ed
