Just google for NFB newsline. You'll find a page that tells you how to
go about joining, part of which is prooving you have a print disability.
If I recall correctly, all I had to do was fill out a form on their web
site and within a week I was signed up.

I forgot to mention that if you join the NFB lewsline, which is free,
you can have your TV listings emailed to you each day in text format, no
need to OCR images.
The newsline also gives you free access to newspapers and magazines.
You do not need to be a member of the NFB to join the newsline.
