In my humble opinion, if one has strong internet navigation skills, facebook shouldn't be an issue. It's like any other page, knowing where important links are which in this case: notes, groups, posting, unfriending, blocking, settings, etc. All a trainer would need to do is explore facebook and know where everything is. That's the reason why I opened up a fb page as I knew when I was about to train someone was going to ask for fb training.
