Aloha All, I am trying to install jaws version seven on my computer. I am getting a error message that says the following severe Error! An internal error was encountered while modifying the video chain (dcerr_ido_not_found) and the ok button. What does this error message mean? What can I do solve this error message so that I can install jaws?
