I have installed Jaws on my computer. Now when I click on the jaws icon to start jaws a dialog box comes up that says Freedom Scientific Video Intercept and it has 3 options Display Video Intercept information, Install video intercept and restart system, and uninstall video intercept. When this dialog box appears what do I click on what option?
Now when I click on the 2nd option and select the excitute button I get the following error message Video Intercept Error Error! An internal error was encountered while modifying the video chain (DCERR_IDD_NOT_FOUND). What can I do to fix this so that when I click on the jaws icon this dialog box will not come up? Please help!!!!
