Sort the messages ascending rather than descending. To do this: 1. While in the Inbox, press ALT+V to open the View menu. 2. Use the DOWN ARROW to navigate to Sort By and press the RIGHT ARROW to open this submenu. 3. Arrow up to Sort Ascending and press ENTER.
