I'm not sure I understand your question, but you could just open the
attachment, copy it to clipboard, then paste into a new message.
Or, you could save the attachment, then insert it as an attachment into a
new email.

Okay, I received an email from a friend.  It has been forwarded from another
friend, it has an attachment.  How do I get the attachment by  itself and
send it on without having to forward the entire email?  Gee, I hope that
made sense.
