Thank you, and I believe I'm going to take my wife's suggestion on this.  If it 
doesn't stop then those who are doing it will be gone. The guide lines state 
that it will not be tolerated and I mean it.  So far only 2 guys are on my 
short list.  If anybody else wants to get on it then feel free.
