Welcome Emily, Thankyou for being part of this list. I would probably purchase from Dell in the future but i also have some concerns.
Why do the reps who answer questions and help you configure a system with the features a person wants refuse to disclose what brands are used. I have custom built my own systems and prefer specific components from certain vendors and have never had any hardware hickup or failure with the systems i have built.
