You certainly can have OpenBook and JAWS running simultaneously. First, open 
the JAWS Configuration Manager and locate the OpenBook configuration file. 
Then, press ALT+S and select Advanced. Then, uncheck the check boxes labeled 
"Sleep Mode" and "Unload Synthesizer." and move to the OK button and press 
ENTER. Then, press CTRL+S to save the settings and press ALT+F4 to exit the 
Configuration Manager.

Then, in OpenBook, you can select to use a JAWS setup. I don't currently 
have OpenBook installed or I'd detail how to do this, too.

no you can't have openbook and jaws running on the same time.
The reason is that openbook has its own voices, I think I have a document 
with all of the openbook shor cuts write me off list at:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
