In jaxen release 1.0 several classes are private to the package. This caused me great trouble when trying to create class which implements the org.jaxen.expr.Step interface because org.jaxen.expr.PredicateSet is private and is a return value of a member function of the inteface. However I noticed that in the online javadocs PredicateSet is public. Can I expect it to be public in the future jaxen releases?
