I've removed the plugin from my local repository, and it still downloads the same 1.0.1 version.  Is there a way to tell maven to use the newest version, or at least a different version in the pom file?  Sorry, I'm very new to maven.

Version 1.0.1 was long ago. Force a plugin update (don't remember which
Maven option to use) or remove the plugin from your repository.
